Overthinking Reset - The Course

Welcome to Overthinking Reset - The 6 Week Intensive for minds that just will not stop.

You've tried everything - being busy, arguing with yourself, mindfullness, YouTube videos and nothing helps.

This is for you.

Course Overview

Overthinking Reset

A 6 week Experiential programme to reset the relationship with your own mind.  When thinking gets out of hand you may be doing one or more of the categories below.  This 1 x week appointment builds every week on the gains of the previous week at an individual and bespoke level.  By the end of the Reset, you will have a whole suite of tools and understanding of how to work with your own Mind more effectively in the future

This type of thinking can lead to checking with others and asking their opinion, or coming to a conclusion that is not supported by the facts of reality.

Worrying about the Future - What If thinking.  Running over the possible outcomes of situations, to include everything ending in disaster, and then trying to solve those thoughts by thinking more.  A spiral of thoughts that move beyond sensible error detection activities that may be helpful and instead are revealing multiple ways in which your future is painful and difficult.

What You Need To Know

The Overthinking Reset

A six-week experiential programme for minds that won’t leave things alone.

If your mind replays conversations, rehearses everything that could go wrong, turns small uncertainties into looming disasters or starts solving your life the moment your head touches the pillow, The Overthinking Reset is for you.

Overthinking is rarely solved by being told to “stop thinking.” Your mind is usually trying to help—seeking certainty, preventing mistakes or preparing you for what might happen—but the result can be rumination, indecision, sleepless nights and a nervous system that never quite stands down.

Across six weekly sessions, you’ll take part in carefully designed thinking exercises and deeply experiential moments that allow you to encounter your inner world differently. You won’t simply learn more information about overthinking. You’ll discover what your own mind is doing, what keeps its loops alive and how to interrupt them without fighting with yourself or needing constant reassurance.

You’ll learn to distinguish useful thinking from mental repetition, meet uncertainty without immediately turning it into catastrophe, and recognise when thought is helping you—and when it is quietly taking over. Most importantly, you’ll develop a more effective way to work with your thoughts, feelings, attention and imagination, so that you can make decisions, rest and move forward without having to resolve every possibility first.

This is not a course in Mindfullness - you've probably tried that already. This is based in Applied Neuroscience and deep understanding of the patterns of thinking.  The aim is not to empty your mind or become someone who never worries. It is to give you the tools to stop treating every thought as a problem that must be solved.

A quick note - you do not have to even be open minded, into woo-woo or be experienced in talking therapy.  You can be as logical and rational as they come.  This has merit and I work the content to suit your unique and individual needs

Six weeks. A different relationship with your own mind.
